System Administrator Job Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and troubleshoot all company computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and related IT equipment.
  • The System Administrator Job involves maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing reliable technical support to keep daily operations running efficiently.
  • Ensure all devices are configured according to company standards and policies.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance, cleaning, and system health checks.
  • Approve and scan all external USB devices before use to ensure data security.
  • Create, configure, and maintain company email accounts for employees.
  • Secure and monitor the company’s network to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Provide immediate support and resolution for any network issues.
  • Update and patch Windows systems and related programs regularly.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of the company’s camera systems (CCTV).
  • Maintain and manage the company’s central communication system (PBX/telephone exchange).

System Admin Qualifications & Skills:

  •  A successful candidate for a System Administrator Job should demonstrate solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, and IT security, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage hardware, software, and user support effectively.
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
  • Experience in managing hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with email administration (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
