Additionally, they shape the product and customer portfolio aligned with the marketing strategy. Success in this role hinges on effective teamwork with Technical Services and Sales teams.

Marketing Executive Key 

Responsibilities:


  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

    • Design and execute digital and field marketing campaigns tailored to the shipping and logistics industry.
    • Plan seasonal promotions and marketing activities for new service destinations.
    • Collaborate with the marketing agency on operational campaigns.

  • Content Creation & Communication

    • Write professional content for the company website, service pages, marketing emails, and pitch decks.
    • Create targeted marketing messages for the sales team.
    • Create and publish articles, blogs, and case studies to position the company as a thought leader in the logistics sector.
    • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
    • Target key customer segments via LinkedIn outreach and engagement.
    • Run email campaigns and manage subscriber lists.

  • Digital Marketing Management 

    • Manage company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Create and post engaging content to drive audience growth.
    • Update the company website via Odoo and improve UI/UX for a better user experience.
    • Implement SEO strategies to boost search engine ranking.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

  • Events & Field Marketing

  • Participate in logistics exhibitions and networking events.
  • Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and displays for events.

Marketing Executive Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent content writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive web design 
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and UI/UX principles.
  • Proficiency in Odoo website management or similar CMS.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance optimization.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related industries.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
